How to connect

  1. Open the Claude app (mobile or desktop)
  2. Go to Settings > Connectors > Add Connector
  3. Paste the URL above
  4. Enter your Intervals.icu Athlete ID and API Key when prompted

Find your credentials at intervals.icu/settings — Athlete ID is at the top, API key under Developer Settings.
